Mark can help you reach agreements on financial and parenting issues, so you can move forward in your lives. Mark is an experienced mediator, divorce lawyer, and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. With over 30 years of experience helping divorcing families, Mark can work to help you achieve agreements on property, child support, spousal maintenance, and parenting, among other issues. Mark's experience includes guiding and helping families with businesses, real estate questions, tax questions, and developing parenting plans. Mark is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and the recipient of the 2005 Attorney of the Year award from the Washington State Bar Association Family Law Section. He has been selected as a "Super Lawyer" by Washington Law & Politics magazine annually since 2007; and rated one of the "Top 25" family law attorneys by Washington Law & Politics magazine (Winter 2009 issue).
Mark has over 30 years of full-time experience helping famiies in divorce. His background includes business formation, tax advice, construction law, real estate law, and estate planning Mark is an author of multiple articles in professional publications, and a sought-after speaker and trainer among other professionals. Mark is a full-time mediator and Collaborative Law attorney. He started work as a lawyer in 1987, and retired from litigation in 2007. Mark has worked as a mediator for over 20 years, and has actively developed skills through ongoing education and experience.
