Mark helps divorcing and separating clients resolve conflict so they can move forward in their lives. With over 29 years of experience helping divorcing families, and skilled in the financial and parenting sides of divorce, Mark can work to help you achieve agreements on property, child support, spousal maintenance, and parenting, among other issues. Mark's experience includes guiding and helping families with businesses, real estate questions, tax questions, and developing parenting plans. Mark is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst(R) professional, a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and the recipient of the 2005 Attorney of the Year award from the Washington State Bar Association's Family Law Section. He has been selected as a "Super Lawyer" by Washington Law & Politics magazine annually since 2007; and rated one of the "Top 25" family law attorneys by Washington Law & Politics magazine (Winter 2009 issue).
Mark has over 29 years of full-time experience practicing family law, and has worked in the fields as diverse as business formation, tax advice, construction law, real estate law, and estate planning. He is considered a leader in his field, and is one of the most experienced Collaborative lawyers in the Northwest. Mark is a full-time mediator and Collaborative Law attorney. He started work as a lawyer in 1987. Mark has worked as a mediator for nearly 20 years, and has actively developed skills through ongoing education and experience.
