Professional Background

Neil graduated from the Wharton School University of Pennsylvania and Hofstra University School of Law, and enhanced his formal education by,i.e., completing a Mediation Certificate course by the University of Connecticut Labor Education Center and two Executive Leadership courses. Also, after completing its intensive training program, he is a certified Better Business Bureau arbitrator.
