For fifteen years, I operated, managed, secured funding for and repositioned companies, as well as leading turnaround initiatives and developing brands. I have successfully worked with and for major venture capital investors in a wide variety of sectors.I have done everything from being an active private investor working with company management teams, to translating and negotiating for the SATRA Group in Russia. I proactively work with in-house general counsels to avoid potential pitfalls in highly litigious corporate climates. I have served on the Boards of private and non-profit companies. I and my firm members travel throughout the state of Texas and offer mediations, arbitrations, mediator and arbitration training classes and corporate in-house dispute resolution services. We are unique in that our mediations are often performed by two of us (co-mediation) and are gender balanced. Co-mediation and gender balanced mediation involve two or more mediators working together to assist the parties in dispute resolution. Having two mediators with proactive, pragmatic, positive approaches can often bring differing perspectives that promote creative solutions.
